There are lots of boys in our house. There are also lots of personalities, needs, wants, and voices. On a normal day, I/we try very hard to keep our boys in check using calm and direct voices...but sometimes our voices raise. Our boys have the ability to talk things out...we've seen it done!...but sometimes their voices raise.
A goal of one day where we are super cognizant of our volume, seemed attainable! We did fine...the day came to a close with several reminders of "we aren't speaking like that today"...both to the kids and to us parents.
Once the kids went down...it was much harder to follow through with our goal. Our Tigers sucked it up against Bama in the National Championship...I thought Tad's head was gonna explode. =)
